EATING THE RAINBOW

I know it sounds very first grade when you hear someone say "Eat the colors of the rainbow," but it is something we should all be consciously doing if we want to stay healthy. It's not enough just to eat broccoli every day- we all need a variety of nutrients that are available in an assortment of fruits and vegetables, from avocados to zucchini.  

And what's best, you don't need any recipes to enjoy most of the produce available this time of year. A juicy tomato only needs perhaps a pinch of salt to taste delicious.
